The Ersilia house is named after the matriarch of the family. The villa, clad in stone and wood, has recently been renovated respecting its architectural originality. On two levels, it is accessed through a large courtyard surrounded by meadows and woodland. It is in a quiet but convenient location at the same time, because a few hundred meters is reached on foot the center of Monte Prat, the hub of events and activities during the summer period. The house has a large kitchen with dining and laundry table, plus a small service bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three rooms with exposed beams, including a double, a single and a triple for a total of 6 beds. The rooms overlook a wooden terrace, from which you can hear the sounds of nature. The heating is diesel. Suitable for families or small groups, subject to agreement with the reception. It is about 8 km from the reception where you can collect the keys.


Cjondorar is about 400m from the Bar-Restaurant to the west. The area is characterized by meadows surrounded by beech forests. The house is isolated but just a few meters from the main road leading to the township Cjondorar. Nearby there is a beautiful vantage point on the Val d'Arzino from which the "Troi dal Ors" trail starts.
