Casa Val dai Poz has recently been lovingly renovated in the finishes and details, both indoors and outdoors, to preserve the architectural features typical of the stavoli di Monte Prat. The accommodation seems to lie on a bed of grass and rolling hills: nearby only the beech forests and the ancient paths delimited by dry stone walls. The house is on two levels: on the ground floor the wooden kitchen and the living area with SAT TV, while on the first floor there are the master bedroom and the bathroom with shower, for a total of 2 beds. At the back of the house was carved a small relaxation corner with barbecue and table for dinners in the summer. The house is accessed by a dirt road that crosses the vast garden owned, where you can sunbathe. The accommodation is about 10 km from the reception where you can collect the keys.

House Val dai Poz is located in val della Borgna, near the centre of Monte Prat (about 1 km), to which it is connected by the comfortable paved road. The house is in a secluded location but at the same time close to different services and at the start of many walking and mountain biking trails.
