The home was renovated in 2000 thus obtaining 2 apartments, Panorama and Belvedere. The Belvedere apartment is located on the ground floor and is composed of the living area, where there are two comfortable armchairs placed in front of the splendid fireplace and the wood-burning stove. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a hand-crafted bunk bed for a total of four sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower. A barbeque, a TV color and a washing machine complete the comfort in the house.

The Mont locality is located about 1,5 km from the center of the plateau, halfway up the slope coming up from San Rocco. The locality enjoys a splendid view of eastern and western Friuli. On especially clear days it is possible to see the gulf of Trieste and the Euganei Hills.
