The structure is meant to mantain the original and typical features of the magic mountain landscape, making the compromiss between its residential function and an accomodating purpose. The house benefits of large indoor and outdoor space and, as a matter of fact you can enjoy your stay as if you were in a proper residential house, which is also flexible inasmuch dedicated to tourism.
The covered terrace, usable from the external area together with the shady courtyard and the living room that faces the ground floor just there (livingroom 3), surrounded by the restored wall belonging to the old building and by the porticated area adjacent to the livingroom/kitchen (livingroom 2), they allow to live in harmony with the evocative environmental context.
The indoor zone is made up of the traditional compartments, in particular a livingroom (livingroom 1), set up to support the sharing through the vision of a pleasant film during the winter, there's also a fireplace located in the northern wall, comfortable bedrooms and also bathrooms with multifunctional shower stall with whirlpool.

The house is traditionally furnished, each room is provided with tv with digital antenna and Washing machine and washtub, crib for babies.
During wintertime (from the 20th of October to the 20th of March), stated the size of the house, a fixed daily cost of € 40,00 a day is forecast to cover the heating costs, independently from the number of the guests.
