The house was renovated creating two apartments, Panorama and Belvedere. The Panorama apartment is located on the first floor and access is made by means of an independent outdoor staircase. It has two large terraces from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Friuli. There is only one double room and the bathroom has a shower. In the corner of the living room furnished with details, a beautiful fireplace will brightly bright your evenings. Sleeps 2.
Garden and courtyard with barbecue available to guests. It is located about 6 km from the reception in Forgaria nel Friuli, along the main road that leads to the Monte Prat plateau, at a height of about 600m above sea level.

The Mont locality is located about 1,5 km from the center of the plateau, halfway up the slope coming up from San Rocco. The locality enjoys a splendid view of eastern and western Friuli. On especially clear days it is possible to see the gulf of Trieste and the Euganei Hills.
